Welcome to WNY Referee Association.
Unit Meeting Training - The Southern Tier unit consists of nearly 100 U.S.S.F certified soccer officials; who officiate youth through adult soccer games in Chautauqua, Allegany and Cattaraugus Counties. We are working towards a better future for our young boys and girls, while promoting soccer and teaching the proper Laws of the Game. Officials can start at any age.
